We issued our own definitions:

Digital literacy is the ability to effectively use 21st century gadgets such as smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop PCs for purposes of communication, expression and collaboration.

or: Digital Literacy is the ability to use your pc with upmost effectiveness.

We agreed upon 10 basic rules and published them on linoit.com:

1. Respect everyone.

2. Learn how to use your devices effectively.

3. Don't hack.

4. Don't go on deep web or the wierd side of the Internet ever.

5. Don't steal information from the Internet or falsify it.

6. Don't stalk people.

9. Don't buy things from suspicious people.

10. When on the Internet always be an unicorn.

To distinguish between the netiquette and digital literacy, we had to prove the latter by providing exact instructions how to

1: Create a new document.
2: Cut and paste some text in a document.
3: Look up something on the Internet.

Which we successfully did - our classmates managed to accomplish the tasks following our instructions.
